Thank you for your interest in adopting from Meow Mission Coalition, Inc.

Please read the following important information before submitting your application:

• You must be 21 years or older to adopt.
• Proof of address is required.
• Renters must provide landlord approval.
• The adoption fee is $100.
• Applicants must live within a 175-mile radius of our facility to be considered.
• Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption of a specific cat.

All of our cats and kittens receive 1 rabies vaccination, 2 distemper vaccinations, snap test negative for FELV/FIV (will be noted if positive), microchipped and spayed or neutered prior to adoption. 

Barn cats must come in pairs (for example 2, 4, 6 etc.).
Adopter must be willing to acclimate cats properly.
Cats come spayed/neutered, ear tipped and with a rabies vaccine.
We will bring the cats to you to get them set up in your containment area.
